Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on all mechanical equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, ensuring timely and effective repairs.
- Carry out repairs and replacements of faulty components and parts.
- Ensure all mechanical systems operate safely and comply with resort standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities performed.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure integrated system management and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician, preferably in a hospitality or large facility environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
