    Mantell Associates is partnered with a Pharmaceutical Generics organisation, who is searching for a Medical Sales Representative to drive sales and promote a high-quality portfolio of USFDA-approved generic pharmaceuticals to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and key opinion leaders across the UAE and assigned territories.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with physicians, pharmacists, procurement heads, and hospital tender committees
    • Conduct regular visits to government and private hospitals, polyclinics, and chain pharmacies
    • Present and detail generic products with strong emphasis on quality, USFDA approval, bioavailability data, and cost-effectiveness
    • Organize and execute CMEs, round-table meetings, and scientific symposiums with KOLs
    • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends; provide timely feedback to management

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field
    • Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative in the UAE pharmaceutical market
    • Valid UAE driving license and own car
    • Existing relationships with doctors and pharmacists in UAE is highly preferred
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English mandatory; Arabic is a significant advantage)
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
