Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with physicians, pharmacists, procurement heads, and hospital tender committees
- Conduct regular visits to government and private hospitals, polyclinics, and chain pharmacies
- Present and detail generic products with strong emphasis on quality, USFDA approval, bioavailability data, and cost-effectiveness
- Organize and execute CMEs, round-table meetings, and scientific symposiums with KOLs
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends; provide timely feedback to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative in the UAE pharmaceutical market
- Valid UAE driving license and own car
- Existing relationships with doctors and pharmacists in UAE is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English mandatory; Arabic is a significant advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
