Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and operate scalable cloud-native SaaS services for Secure Workload Access.
• Build highly secure and reliable components for workload authentication, authorization, and policy enforcement.
• Implement seamless integrations with Kubernetes, cloud providers, identity systems, and PKI solutions.
• Improve the scalability, resiliency, observability, and operational efficiency of owned services.
• Review code and actively mentor other engineers through knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot production issues, participate in on-call rotations, and improve operational readiness.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven software engineering experience, including design and implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience developing backend systems and distributed services in Golang.
• Solid experience building and operating SaaS software.
• Understanding of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and service-to-service communication.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and the broader cloud-native ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical ideas clearly.
