Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure solutions.
- Provide expert-level support for network infrastructure and IT systems across global partners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking and system issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with global partners to understand and fulfill their specific IT solution needs.
- Ensure high availability, optimal performance, and security of IT environments.
- Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps comprehensively.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Nutanix platforms and virtualization technologies.
- Strong background in networking concepts including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, firewalls, and routing.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a distributed team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Nutanix NCP, CCNA/CCNP) are highly preferred.
