Job Overview

The Higher Colleges of Technology is seeking an Officer – Learning and Development to join their team in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs that support the professional growth of staff and faculty within the institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of training programs and workshops.
• Coordinate logistics for learning events, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives and preparing reports.
• Maintain accurate records of training participation and employee development.
• Collaborate with departments to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Stay updated on L&D best practices and recommend innovative learning approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning and Development or HR training.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural academic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS/LMS systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
