Key Responsibilities

• Order processing, customer service, deliveries, invoicing, and complaint handling.
• Daily personnel management, well-being, competence development, and follow-up.
• Handling and follow-up on errors, backorders, and reorders.
• Ensuring clear responsibilities, mandates, and interfaces internally and externally.
• Annual agreements and collaboration with logistics providers.
• Overall responsibility for inventory management and goods planning.
• Execution and further development of the company's S&OP process.
• Maintenance and quality assurance of relevant master data in ERP.
• Role as a super-user and driver for the development of ERP and Power BI.
• Contribution to digitalization, automation, and development of ERP and other systems, including AI.
• Building scalable processes to support company growth.

Requirements

• Solid experience in operations, supply chain planning, logistics, or equivalent.
• Management experience and thriving in an operational leadership role.
• Structured, proactive, and strongly execution-focused.
• Ability to maintain an overview and drive progress in a busy workday.
• Data-driven approach with a good understanding of ERP systems, Power BI, and digital solutions.
• Consistent follow-up and taking responsibility until tasks are completed.
• Ability to think long-term while ensuring stable and efficient daily operations.
