What You’ll Do
- Manage daily operations across multiple departments: AI, Design & Web Development, SEO, Social Media, Paid Campaigns, and Development
- Onboard and support new clients
- Conduct client strategy and scoping meetings
- Oversee deadlines, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Produce regular reports and updates
- Execute hands-on digital marketing tasks when needed
- Provide creative solutions to ongoing challenges
Must-Have Requirements
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Knowledge of WordPress website building
- Ability to work under pressure with a results-driven mindset
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and patience
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Previous managerial experience
- Knowledge of SEO and paid campaigns
- Experience with AI tools
- Design and conversion optimization skills
- Technical knowledge (programming, servers)
Important Details
- Location: Or Yehuda (hybrid model – partial office presence required)
- Full-time position
- Compensation: Lower starting salary during training, with steady increases based on seniority and performance
- Commitment: At least 3 years, with potential for rapid promotion to VP level
