    Job Overview

    Westpac New Zealand is seeking Registry Officers to join the BTNZ team – the investment arm of Westpac and one of New Zealand’s leading fund managers. This role is central to ensuring the accurate and efficient delivery of investment and superannuation products to our customers.

    You’ll work within the BTNZ Operations team, handling unit registry services and supporting customers across managed funds and KiwiSaver accounts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process Managed Fund transactions accurately and on time
    • Manage Direct Debits, regular withdrawals, and dishonours
    • Conduct daily pricing and funding activities in collaboration with the Investment Ops team
    • Submit and monitor government contribution claims and clawbacks to IRD for KiwiSaver customers
    • Perform account reconciliations and B2B administration
    • Maintain and update customer account data
    • Generate and present reports on registry operations and accounts
    • Handle enquiries from internal and external stakeholders

    Requirements

    • Strong customer service skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Knowledge of managed fund products and registry processes
    • Ability to work independently and within a team
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
    • Integrity, reliability, and proactive problem-solving mindset
