    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner sales strategy for the Middle East market.
    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic channel partners, including resellers and system integrators.
    • Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to maximize sales and revenue opportunities.
    • Provide partners with training, resources, and technical support for TiDB solutions.
    • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute joint go-to-market initiatives and campaigns.
    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and partner-driven revenue targets.

    • Proven experience in partner sales or channel management within the software or database industry.
