Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key partners and clients.
  • Ensure high levels of partner satisfaction by proactively addressing needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and delivery teams to optimize client outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and expansion within existing partnerships.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and contribute to strategic reviews.
  • Assist in onboarding new partners and guiding them through Net2Source’s solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or partner-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, and remote environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
