Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key partners and clients.
- Ensure high levels of partner satisfaction by proactively addressing needs and concerns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and delivery teams to optimize client outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and expansion within existing partnerships.
- Monitor partner performance metrics and contribute to strategic reviews.
- Assist in onboarding new partners and guiding them through Net2Source’s solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or partner-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, and remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
