Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate HR-related administrative tasks, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and general upkeep to ensure a productive environment.
- Support internal communications and organize company events or meetings.
- Assist with various people operations initiatives to boost employee wellbeing.
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide administrative support to the team.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative, HR, or office coordination role, preferably in a mid-senior level capacity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and digital tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Swedish is required.
