Key Responsibilities
- Administer HR programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.

- Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to HR data analysis and reporting.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a People Operations, HR Specialist, or similar role.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency with HRIS systems and standard office software.
