Requirements
- Proven experience as a People Partner, HR Manager, or similar role, ideally in a remote-first or tech environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, talent management, and employee relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective people strategies and initiatives.
