    Key Responsibilities

    • Organize appointments, meetings, and training sessions for the General Manager.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy and timely filing.
    • Manage incoming calls, information, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and provide administrative support to the hotel’s leadership team.
    • Monitor and ensure departmental targets and goals are met through effective coordination.
    • Maintain and update filing systems, including indexing and labeling files alphabetically.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executive secretarial work within multinational companies.
    • Excellent telephone communication skills and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
    • Above-average fluency in English, both written and spoken.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
