Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules and plans.
  • Monitor project progress against established baselines and identify potential deviations.
  • Prepare and update detailed project reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Analyze potential project risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
  • Optimize resource allocation and project timelines for maximum efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within a design consultancy or construction environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant project planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective teamwork.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • Understanding of the design and construction project lifecycle.
