Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pool and beach operations to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
- Train and manage pool and beach staff, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and order of pool and beach areas.
- Monitor and control inventory of pool and beach equipment.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
