Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all resort swimming pools and surrounding areas.
- Vacuum, brush, skim pools, and empty skimmer baskets.
- Monitor and adjust chemical levels as per safety and quality standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management.
- Ensure pool deck areas are tidy, organized, and free from debris.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down pool area amenities.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including sun and heat.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by resort operations.
