Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive portfolio strategies in line with business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and trend identification to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation, development, launch, to post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, sales, marketing, and regulatory teams.
- Optimize product mix, pricing, and market positioning to maximize profitability and market share.
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in portfolio strategy, product management, or business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and influence stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical markets, regulatory landscapes, and product development cycles.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.
