Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and project requirements.
- Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from vendor selection and negotiation to contract management and delivery.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or project timelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, project management, and finance teams to optimize material and service acquisition.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager, preferably within the construction, engineering, or oil & gas sectors (5+ years).
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles and procurement best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex project environment.
- Familiarity with contract law and relevant industry standards.
