Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily production operations for performance coatings.

- Collaborate with R&D to scale new products from laboratory to full-scale production.
- Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality control standards.
- Manage production resources, including equipment and raw materials, for smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Engineer, preferably within chemical manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality systems.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
