Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex projects or programs within the IT sector.
• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement program strategies, roadmaps, and detailed project plans.
• Monitor program progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
• Ensure effective communication, coordination, and collaboration across all project teams and departments.
• Oversee budget allocation, resource management, and performance reporting for all assigned programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably 5+ years.
• Strong understanding of information technology projects and software development lifecycles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive results, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
