Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects for logistics and industrial facilities.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, expenditures, and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in construction project management, preferably in logistics or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
