    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects within the Customer Experience (CX) operations team.
    • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and logistics, for seamless project delivery.
    • Implement and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, promptly addressing any potential roadblocks.
    • Contribute to enhancing Corner Renovation’s reputation for quality and customer service.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within CX, operations, or a DTC environment.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
    • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and international work setting.
    • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Ukrainian or other European languages is a plus.
