Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Provide clear and concise feedback on software quality and user experience to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Manual QA Tester, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed, multicultural team.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
