    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases.
    • Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
    • Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
    • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
    • Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
    • Provide clear and concise feedback on software quality and user experience to stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Manual QA Tester, preferably in a remote setting.
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed, multicultural team.
    • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
