Job Overview
MAPFRE Middlesea, Malta’s leading insurance company and part of the global MAPFRE Group, is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join its Operations Department. The role focuses on ensuring service quality, implementing controls, and driving continuous improvement across insurance claims and operational processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee internal controls and reviews for all types of insurance claims.
- Maintain and improve the Transactional NPS process to boost customer satisfaction.
- Implement and monitor anti-fraud measures, both internally and externally.
- Support reporting functions for corporate operations.
- Collaborate with the Processes team to enhance procedures and automation.
- Monitor provider performance and ensure compliance with KPIs.
- Assist the cost control department with claims payments and parts ordering when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in processing insurance claims.
- Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in claims documentation.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
