Key Responsibilities

• Validate huge volumes of OpenStreetMap edits and detect vandal and low-quality data.
• Analyze, classify and sort large volumes of various data, such as images or map features.
• Edit large volumes of data in specialized tools and create content for Mapbox map and navigation services.
• Make cartographic edits in OpenStreetMap or contribute to map data enrichment using specialized tools.
• Provide data quality assessment and research, detect patterns and define criteria for assessment.

Requirements

• Understanding of OSM service and an interest in cartography.
• Proficiency in English (minimum A2+, preference for B1 and above).
• Ability to execute monotonous work in large volumes with high personal efficiency.
• Ability to stay focused on repetitive work, maintaining high quality and accuracy.
• Analytical mindset and ability to identify common patterns in large volumes of information.
• Resistant to stress in a rapidly changing situation.
• A quick learner, able to switch between projects and multi-task.
• Ability to work in a team with high communicative skills.
• Ability to work from the office for the first three months during the probation period and visit the office for team sprints periodically.
