Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer generation.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms and networking.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and cultural fit for various roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain strong communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and employer branding.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
