Sapienoids® is seeking a Regional Co-founder & CEO for its Brunei operations. This is an entrepreneurial partnership opportunity for a Brunei citizen to lead the commercial operations, bring investment, and build the Brunei market for AI engineering services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, B2B sales, strategic partnerships, business development, and local market expansion, leveraging Sapienoids' technology and engineering capabilities.

This is not a conventional employment position but a co-founder/business-building partnership. We are looking for an individual with strong business acumen, network, sales capability, leadership, capital access, and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the business, sales, and regional operations of Sapienoids in Brunei.
• Drive client acquisition, B2B sales, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Brunei market.
• Build and manage the sales pipeline and client relationships.
• Establish and grow the local business operation and build the local team.
• Coordinate company establishment, registration, licensing, and compliance.

Requirements

• Must be a Brunei citizen.
• Demonstrated ability to raise capital or secure business investment.
• Strong Brunei business network and market access.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, and leadership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to commit personal resources and effort.
• Ability to develop and execute a commercial strategy and acquire clients.
