Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage comprehensive research and analysis projects focused on humanitarian situations in Myanmar. Oversee the collection, processing, and dissemination of critical humanitarian information and data. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure data accuracy, relevance, and impact. Develop and implement innovative information management strategies utilizing appropriate technology solutions. Contribute to the drafting of high-quality reports, briefings, and presentations for various stakeholders. Mentor and provide guidance to junior researchers and analysts within the team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Research, Social Sciences, Information Management, International Relations, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in research, analysis, or information management, preferably within humanitarian or international affairs contexts. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with proven ability to interpret complex data and trends. Proficiency in information technology tools and data management systems relevant to humanitarian data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to communicate complex information clearly. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, and international environment.
