Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage comprehensive research and analysis projects focused on humanitarian situations in Myanmar.
  • Oversee the collection, processing, and dissemination of critical humanitarian information and data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure data accuracy, relevance, and impact.
  • Develop and implement innovative information management strategies utilizing appropriate technology solutions.
  • Contribute to the drafting of high-quality reports, briefings, and presentations for various stakeholders.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior researchers and analysts within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Research, Social Sciences, Information Management, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in research, analysis, or information management, preferably within humanitarian or international affairs contexts.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with proven ability to interpret complex data and trends.
  • Proficiency in information technology tools and data management systems relevant to humanitarian data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, and international environment.
