Key Responsibilities
- Analyze rider performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize rider efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to rider operations and logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance initiatives and tools.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on rider performance insights for stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis or performance management, preferably in logistics or delivery services.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred for regional operations.
