Requirements
- Prior experience in Learning & Development or Human Resources, preferably within hospitality.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Passion for developing talent and fostering employee growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
