Key Responsibilities

• Achieving sales targets and creating a pleasant experience for every customer
• Maintaining high standards of the brand's visual identity (VM)
• Administrative management of operations in accordance with company procedures
• Professional resolution of customer inquiries and potential complaints, providing them with support and solutions
• Recruitment, training, and mentoring of team members, with motivation and regular feedback
• Planning and organization of daily, weekly, and monthly activities

Requirements

• Completed high school (SSS) or higher qualifications (VSS)
• Approachable, open, and enjoys working with people
• Willing to work in shifts
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Good knowledge of English
• Familiarity with computer work (MS Office package)
• Developed organizational skills and excellent communication skills
• Proactive approach and ability to quickly solve problems
• Preferably experience in team leadership
