    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and engage potential clients to expand market reach for Alumil’s architectural aluminium systems.
    • Present and demonstrate Alumil’s diverse range of products and solutions to architects, contractors, and developers.
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, detailed proposals, and comprehensive contracts.
    • Achieve challenging sales targets and significantly contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
    • Stay consistently updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments within the industry.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
    • A strong understanding of architectural aluminium systems or related building products is a significant advantage.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for client engagement.
    • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Highly results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed ambitious sales objectives.
    • Proficiency in local languages (Ukrainian) and English is required for effective communication.
