Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert SAP support and guidance to end-users within distribution and production departments.
- Identify and troubleshoot SAP-related issues, ensuring smooth system operations.
- Conduct user training sessions and develop documentation for SAP processes.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to optimize SAP functionalities and workflows.
- Participate in system testing and implementation of new SAP features or upgrades.
- Monitor data quality and consistency within SAP, ensuring accurate reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SAP Superuser, particularly in distribution or production modules.
- Strong understanding of SAP ECC or S/4HANA functionalities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on process improvement.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Slovak is a plus.
