Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and monitor security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus solutions.
  • Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Respond to security incidents, investigate breaches, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal security policies and industry best practices.
  • Manage user access controls and provide security awareness training to staff.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security into new systems and applications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Security Administrator or similar role, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong knowledge of network security protocols, operating systems, and security tools.
  • Experience with incident response, vulnerability management, and security audits.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Relevant security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH) are a plus.
