    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze complex datasets related to customer onboarding processes to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance the customer onboarding experience and efficiency.
    • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to integrate data insights into onboarding workflows.
    • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize various stages of the onboarding journey.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all onboarding systems and reporting mechanisms.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Data Analyst in a mid-senior role, ideally with a focus on customer experience or onboarding.
    • Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and data warehousing concepts.
    • Expertise in statistical analysis and advanced Excel skills are essential.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail in data interpretation.
    • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
