Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain secure communication and radio systems.
• Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot complex technical issues in the field.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and operational standards for all systems.
• Conduct regular system inspections and preventive maintenance to optimize performance.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on system operations and best practices.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and system configurations accurately.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Technician in secure communications or radio systems.
• Strong understanding of radio frequency (RF) principles and networking technologies.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in challenging international environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco) are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
