About this role

GiveDirectly is seeking a Senior Manager, Programs (DRC) to be based in North Kivu, Democratic Republic of the Congo. This role is crucial for bringing GiveDirectly's programs in the DRC to life, owning their end-to-end execution from operational design to on-the-ground delivery. Join us to transform the way international development is done.

GiveDirectly is a leading organization that provides direct cash transfers to people living in extreme poverty, utilizing technology for efficient and transparent delivery. We are looking for exceptional talent to help us build the world's most efficient, transparent, and scalable system to transfer resources directly into the hands of the poor.

If you are energized by both the big picture and the operational details that make it real, we encourage you to apply now.

Company Overview

GiveDirectly allows governments, foundations, and individual donors to provide direct cash transfers to people living in extreme poverty. Using the latest technology at every step, we locate recipients, integrate them into electronic payments networks, and monitor transfers end-to-end. We charge the full cost of delivering this service and nothing more.

Our ambition goes beyond our own programs; we want cash to become the benchmark for aid.
