Key Responsibilities
- Prepare schedule data for proposals and contract negotiations.
- Review planning and scheduling to ensure activities are effectively planned and completed.
- Develop project codes of accounts and work breakdown structures.
- Check and review construction operation methods and sequences.
- Establish methods for determining activity durations.
- Identify, analyze, and monitor schedule deviations and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or similar.
- Relevant experience in project control/planning and contract administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong planning and project management skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
