Key Responsibilities
- Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findings.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers throughout the design process.
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve design solutions.
- Ensure designs are consistent with Deel’s brand and design system.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
