Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for new product features and enhancements.
- Create user-centered designs, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Advocate for design best practices and contribute to a consistent design system.
- Present design solutions and rationale to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful product launches.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
