Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the student registration and enrollment processes.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student academic records and databases.
  • Provide guidance and support to students regarding registration procedures, course selection, and academic policies.
  • Process course registrations, withdrawals, and academic status changes efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with university policies and regulations related to student registration.
  • Assist in the preparation of academic reports and statistical data as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in student registration or academic administration, preferably in higher education.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in student information systems (SIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist diverse student populations.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
