Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and workshops with diverse stakeholders for ServiceNow implementations.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications for the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate closely with development and architecture teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and ServiceNow best practices.
- Conduct thorough gap analysis and identify opportunities for process optimization within various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide comprehensive training to end-users on new ServiceNow functionalities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform implementations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or HRSD.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
