Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software development teams focusing on SCADA, EMS, GMS, and Power System solutions.
- Drive the architectural design and implementation of critical software components.
- Ensure adherence to high-quality software development standards and practices.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define roadmaps and priorities.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software development management, especially in SCADA, EMS, GMS, or Power Systems.
- Strong technical background in software architecture, design, and coding best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Deep understanding of the energy sector and power grid technologies.
