Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, review, and implementation of infrastructure projects.
- Provide expert guidance on engineering standards, codes, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including project managers, designers, and contractors.
- Ensure all designs comply with regulatory and safety requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge transfer within the team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adopt innovative engineering solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in infrastructure projects, preferably in the Middle East.
- Strong technical knowledge of design standards, codes, and construction practices.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional accreditation (e.g., Chartered Engineer, PE) is desirable.
