Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative checks on all facility systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical, mechanical, and IT infrastructure systems.
- Install, repair, and maintain specialized equipment and components within the resort facilities.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments to support seamless resort operations and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in the training and mentorship of junior technicians, fostering a skilled and cohesive team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Technician in a large-scale facilities or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong technical knowledge in areas such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and IT systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities to work effectively in a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
