Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user interfaces and user experiences for digital products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
- Experience with conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
