Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all products.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a strong design culture within the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in UI/UX design, preferably within a software development environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects, including Web2 and Web3 experience.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
- Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
