Key Responsibilities

• Own search strategy for HVAC clients, including technical roadmap, content priorities, and ranking explanations.
• Manage technical SEO aspects: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, and site architecture.
• Develop keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content priorities, working with writers and AI.
• Focus on getting clients found in AI search (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity) alongside organic results.
• Handle links, local search, and multi-location SEO as needed by the client.
• Provide reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and develop quarterly roadmaps for each client.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including performing audits and making fixes.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients.
• Experience with SEO for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
