Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automation and control systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and other industrial products.
• Conduct on-site service and repair for clients in various industries (oil & gas, power, manufacturing).
• Execute system design, engineering, and configuration tasks.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company protocols during all service operations.
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Technician in industrial automation or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and motor control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Ability to travel to client sites within the UAE and other Middle Eastern countries as required.
